Why CBSI: I am passionate about helping people navigate the healthcare maze during some of the most difficult times of their lives, and I specialize in the appeals process. Did you know that insurance companies don’t always make the final decision on your benefits claims? Every member has the right to file a complaint with the NJ Department of Banking and Insurance, and it’s my job to ensure employees are covered, healthy, and engaged to the process and value of their benefits.

Why CBSI: One of my favorite parts about working for CBSI is the ability I have to help people during our Benefit Days. Benefit Days are designed to educate employees about their health benefits. Depending on the employer coverage, we are able to include biometric screenings, flu shots, and nutritionists! We also offer ancillary benefits tailored to individual employer’s needs, and bring in massage therapists to help people relax!

Hosting Benefit Days have helped employees manage their health and understand that their employers truly care about their well-being. This is a complimentary service by CBSI and just one of many exceptional things that make us different and bring employers closer to their employees.
