Microbilt has been a client of CBSI for a few years now, and while I personally may be relatively new to the group, I am not so new when it comes to dealing with benefit administration and renewals.

I started working with my current company, Q Research Solutions, in February 2013.  I was working in many different areas of operations, one of which was the Human Resources and

Benefits Department.  Not knowing too much about the benefits at this company, I was told we worked with CBSI Benefits and was given Donna Herrman’s name and contact information.

With my first call with CBSI, I was expecting to get the information I needed and to get an understanding of how they worked with us so I could do my job.  I was not expecting to have someone reach out to me and guide me though every process.  Anytime I have a question, or I am unsure of something, I reach out to Donna and she gets me the information I need.  If she does not have the information or she is unsure, she will reach out to other members of CBSI, or to our benefit suppliers to get me the information.  There are times I have had the pleasure of working directly with other employees at CBSI and I’m always treated in a professional & friendly manner.
